• All guests must be 21 years of age or older unless otherwise arranged with a manager. 
• Our party room is free, therefore we require the host to choose one of the following two options: 

A) 3 hour wristband package (prices vary/limited beverage choices). All guests must pay for the wristband package chosen by their host in order to enter the party. Drink packages do not include shots or Redbull drinks. Redbull drinks are an additional 3.00 each. Tax is included, 18 percent Gratuity is not.

B) Host agrees to meet a BAR/DRINK minimum dollar amount starting at 500.00 (unlimited beverage choices). Tax and gratuity not included.

• The latest time slot is 9pm until 12am, we shut the room down at midnight, the group will then be invited into the main bar.
• Tax and gratuity is NOT included in the food options 
• There is a minimum guarantee of 25 people for the Casino Room, In order for your event to be finalized, we require: a completed contract; a minimum guarantee of people or bar tab amount, a credit card number and a signature. 
• A DJ is available for 250.00 - 400.00. 
• Table linens are available for 5.00 per linen. 
• Balloons are available at for 1.00 each; A party decorator is available at various costs (starting at 25.00) plus the cost of supplies requested. 
• Party room may be decorated at least one hour prior to party, unless otherwise planned with O’Donovan’s manager. 
• Birthday cake may be dropped off the day of the party or when host arrives.

BEER GARDEN prime season reserved seating/party: 

• 45.00 per person during our prime summer season (non private area)
• a minimum of 15 people must be met for this reservation v appropriate amount of tables/chairs will be set for total number of people
• The 3 hour reservation includes domestic and import beer, select craft, call & well cocktails, house wine and champagne, soda. Shots not included 
• 18 percent gratuity will be added onto final bill
• Entire beer garden: 3,000.00 for 3 hours private patio area includes a selection of beer, call and well cocktails, house wine & champagne, soda. Shots not included. Pricing may vary depending on season. 

Bachelor Parties

• All bachelor parties will cost 45.00 per person (package number 5). If we cannot accommodate a bachelor party, we may refer you to our other locations.

Cancellation

• One week’s notice for any cancellations is required to avoid a non-refundable late cancellation fee of 200.00 

BRUNCH/Sunday Events

• Parties may be scheduled during Sunday Brunch at 10am-1pm or 11am-2pm 
• 40 person minimum (adult) is required for a private room or the difference must be paid as there is limited seating
• If your group is less than 40, the room will be considered semi-private and we will use the remaining space for other patrons if needed.
• Parties on Sundays who choose not to do the brunch will start at 3pm.

Children 

• Children may be allowed depending on the event. Please speak to manager about our rules for those under 21 years old.
