Stay boasts a 4 a.m. license, just like RiNo, but unlike Manor, bottle service isn't required to settle into the chocolate-hued leather couches lining the back of the space. Besides a lineup of bottled beer, bartenders will work their magic with fruity cocktails inspired by mixers from Belgian juice company Looza.
